PAYMENT POLICIES
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payments to MetaMovements can be sent via check (institutional, certified, personal), money order, credit card or online payment methods.
NOTE: Credit card and online payment methods will be assessed an ADDITIONAL PROCESSING FEE of up to 3%.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
MetaMovements Cultural Connections Travel Programs deposit is $500 (NON-REFUNDABLE) + applicable charges (if paying by credit card or online method).

Full Payment is due 90 days prior to trip date (unless otherwise stated). You are also welcome to pay in full prior to the full payment due date.
CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY:
Requests to change or cancel MetaMovements Cultural Connections Travel Programs must be sent via email. Receipt of confirmation of cancellation/change notice by MetaMovements is required for request to be valid.
MetaMovements Cultural Connections Travel Programs are subject to charges or modification fees should you cancel or change your trip for any reason:

Cancellation Policy & Fees
If your notice is received:
60 days or MORE from departure date: FULL Refund LESS your deposit ($500)
59 days or LESS or less before departure: NO REFUND

Change Policy & Fees
Should you need to alter your trip for any reason, MetaMovements will assess a change fee of $75 + any difference in trip cost (if applicable). Once MetaMovements confirms receipt of the change request, you will have up to 9 months from the confirmation date to select an alternate travel date, else your deposit & all payments received will be FORFEIT. Rescheduled travel programs should be completed within 12 months of the NEW travel date.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The above charges do not include cancellation or modification charges imposed by airlines for any connecting flights to/from your point of departure to your final destination (Cuba). MetaMovements is NOT responsible for any charges incurred if your charter flight to/from Cuba is late or cancelled for any reason.

EXCEPTIONS
In the unlikely scenario that travel to Cuba becomes restricted by either country (US/Cuba) and no travel is allowed, refunds may be possible upon request and review of existing travel regulations.
